Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
Orders are eligible for a return provided that they meet the following criteria:

Must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached. Hygiene sticker must remain intact for swimwear products.

Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.

Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter + pet hair.

Must not be marked as final sale.

Receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your selection or to start a return or refund, please contact us at info@saltykidsco.com for return address details.
Refunds:
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method used.
We do not provide monetary refunds on change of mind or size returns, unless a product is deemed faulty + a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team. According to ACCC we are not obligated to refund for a change of mind.
Salty Kids Co. does not guarantee stock for your exchange order, it is subject to availability. Your return order will only be processed once your return is in transit back to us, unless you have selected an instant exchange.
Postage fees:
Postage fees will only be covered by Salty Kids Co. in the unlikely circumstance a product is found to be faulty or the incorrect order has been packaged + sent. Postage costs associated with all other returns will be at the customers expense.
Note: Salty Kids Co. are not liable for international customs + tax fees. International customers are liable for all return shippings costs. We cannot offer a flat rate satchel for your return.
Warranty + Care:
Swimwear:
A warranty is not offered on any Salty Kids Co. swimwear.

Hand wash separately in cold fresh water after each use

Delicate machine wash in garment bag with mild or no detergent on occasion

Drip dry in the shade

Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry

Do not leave rolled up wet

Do not iron or dry clean

Avoid exposure to highly chlorinated pools + spas, rinse thoroughly after use to prevent discolouration + deterioration

Fake tan and sunscreen lotions may damage swimwear, take care during application + ensure lotions are completely dry before they come into contact with your swimwear

Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pilling or tears to the swimwear fabric

Keep swimwear out of direct sunlight as this will lead to bleaching

To prevent corrosion of hardware from saltwater wash thoroughly after each use
Wetsuits:
We provide International warranty on Salty Kids Co. wetsuits purchased directly from Salty Kids Co., with receipt or proof of purchase.
1 year warranty on all stitching + zips, in the case of the stitching or zips breaking.
Not covered by warranty:

Damage caused by anything other than defects in workmanship

Damage caused by extended or extensive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided with this product

Second-hand, products with existing defects or samples

Normal wear + tear, including scratches, fading, screen-printed logo lifting

Wetsuits repaired by other service
Wetsuit Care:

Sun and UV rays damage neoprene. Keep out of direct sunlight

Turn inside out and drip dry in the shade

Hand wash separately in fresh cold water immediately after each use. Wetsuits are designed for water play only

Do not hang on wire hanger

Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, sharp objects + excessive friction on sand, as this may cause tearing to the neoprene fabric
